The long-running case of Digital Cinema Network versus Omnilab took a turn for the metaphorical, with Justice Michelle Gordon telling both parties: "I`m not going to let you frolic in an old-fashioned way”. At issue is how much Omnilab and Michael Geoffrey Smith (proprietor of the Sun Theatre) will be forced to pay DCN in damages – and this phase of the case is not proceeding smoothly.
