Retailer JB HiFi has announced a 5% fall in net profit to $104.6 million for the 2011-12 financial year, while sales for the year rose 7% to $3.13 billion as it opened more stores. Sales of music, movies and games fell 2.9%, while televisions and related products plunged 15%. The big shock here was that the average selling price for television sets was down 24%.
