Palace Films v Screen Hub: Supreme Court throws out defamation case

The New South Wales Supreme Court dismissed Palace Films Pty Ltd defamation case against Screen Hub, Screen Producers Association of Australia president Brian Rosen, the Australian Financial Review, and journalist Michaela Boland. Palace Films and its two directors, Antonio and Benjamin Zeccola, were suing over an article published in July, 2009.
